3D Arsenal

NewTek's 3D Arsenal is a template based animation system that allows digital content creation professionals to create stunning 3D effects without the steep learning curve involved in traditional software packages. Based on NewTek's multi Emmy award winning 3D technology, 3D Arsenal is a simple point and click interface that creates custom animation without the work usually required.

With 3D Arsenal's "Easy Text" tool, you simply enter your text, select the thickness, spacing, and bevels. The program automatically creates a Custom 3D object, that can then be saved as a complete object, separate lines of text, or even separate letters, which can then be surfaced, and integrated into 3D Arsenals more that 460 "flying logo" animation templates.

Next, using 3D Arsenals preset surfaces panel, you simply click on the surface you want and it appears on screen in real time. Don't like the selection? There's hundreds to choose from, so click as much as you want until you find the surface you want. Then is just a matter of rendering out the final animation and your animation is done!

3D Arsenal also has easy to use video compositing and virtual set tools. You simply select a surface in the animation template and apply your own video clip. From amazing "show open" quality animations, to totally interactive 3D environments, because 3D Arsenal has already done the hard work for you, creating complex animation is as easy as 1,2,3!

NewTek's 3D Arsenal is not only an easy was to create animation, It's also a great way to LEARN animation! Because 3D Arsenal is based on NewTek's LightWave 3D architecture, you aren't limited to working within the templates. You are in total control of the animation, and many end-users load the templates as the basic "idea", but then go on to "tweak" until the final animation is exactly what they want.

You don't need ANY animation experience to create broadcast quality output with NewTek's 3D Arsenal. Each copy contains over one hour of tutorials, as well as examples of all of the animation templates. 3D Arsenal is compatible with both Mac and PC, and is available in 2 versions. The software is available as a stand alone product ( which includes LightWave 3D ver 7.5) and as a "content only" version for people who already have LightWave or have a version running on a VT. ( 3D Arsenal Content Only requires LightWave 3D 7.5 or above.)
