Leo Laporte Adopts TriCaster for TWIT TV Webcast
 Leo Laporte " The Tech Guy" is one of the most prolific
webcasters on the planet. He hosts and produces some of the
most popular podcasts in the world including Security Now!,
net@nite, The Daily Giz Wiz, Windows Weekly, MacBreak
Weekly, Jumping Monkeys, and Munchcast. In May, 2008, Leo
launched a live streaming video version of TWiT called Twit
Live with 25 hours of original programming each week. 2.6
million people watched TWiT Live in its first month. Mr.
Laporte began streaming live video along with his audio cast
over a year ago, recently adopting a TriCaster Studio. He
uses the system, not only to switch cameras in his studio,
but also to bring in SKYPE and Stik Cam video guest on his
show . Using "Double Box Effects" to show both himself and
his guests, as well as titling and other effects, it's hard
to believe he actually is live switching the show himself!
The show is really cool for tech people, and it looks
awesome.
