Return Policy
We
will replace defective item within 30 days of
purchase. We will not charge shipping cost on the
replacement unit going back out to customer. If a
refund is due to customer mistake on the order, we
will accept a return for refund if all of the
following conditions met:
1) Item is not open yet,
it has to be brand new.
2) Return within 14 days (please contact us for RMA
first)
3) Customer agree to pay 15% restocking fee.
4) Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to
ship the item back to us and the original shipping
fee for the transaction (since we already used it to
ship it out to you)
We recommend a trackable shipping service when you
are shipping items back to us.
